Blue Horizon Medicals are a leading Health Referral company based in the UK and offer a private blood test referral service in the UK and many other countries around the world. We pride ourselves in offering a first class customer experience and are on hand to our customers through email, phone and online chat. We want our customers to enjoy their visit to our website and find easily any test they are looking for and to be able to buy that test quickly, securely and without fuss.
This also means that any information you forward to us and we receive is fully confidential and results/information or updates will only be forwarded to you personally. We offer the best customer service and have a fast and friendly team always on hand to help with any problems or requests once you have placed an order, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our online help page will try to address any issues you may have using this and our other private blood test websites, any problems you encounter we will be more than happy to help you, either call, email or click on our online chat for an immediate response, 9am to 5pm, Saturdays 9am till 12 noon. We have multiple sites across the web that cater for all different types/methods of tests, so don’t worry if you cannot find the one you’re looking for. We also offer a home blood testing service, pregnancy service, BMI and Spire referral service and many more – if you cannot find the website or test you require, you can contact our team and we can try our best to divert you to the correct site.
Payment Methods- Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. You can either order online and create your own account/login or contact our customer service team and they will be able to order the items, if you provide them with the correct details and then they will send you a confirmation email after the payment has been accepted.
Understanding the website
We have a comparing function at the top of our page. All you have to do is find the tests that you’re looking for, click the compare button, when you have two or more items in the basket, scroll to the top of the page and click the 'compare' button- then the function will be able to assist you in your decision on what test will be best for you.
We also have a Daily Deal and Coupon page which can be found at the top of our site. These can be used when at the checkout, when you have your items in the basket.
There is a Home Visit Service available for patients who would prefer samples to be taken at home or wherever you’d prefer, rather than the service center, 76 Wimpole street. This service is ideal for patients that have a tight schedule and do not have time to travel to the center. To receive this service, you would need to select this as a delivery option once at the checkout with the items in the basket. This service is available within the M25. This service will cost you an extra £118 on top of the cost of your item(s) in the basket.
