Most commonly requested as part of fertility treatment work up but this form of testing will be of interest to anyone with a family history of chromosomal disorders or concern that they may have a chromosome mutation (change), for example Trisomy 21, Klinefelter's and Turner's syndromes.
Please note genetic testing is different from karyotyping - this test does not analyse the genome (your DNA).
